To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. That’s a shame since the only other way to achieve full brightness is to be sure to use both USB terminals on a laptop, or else the brightness dims.
The image is noticeably not HD quality, but crisp and precise enough. So does its slave-like simplicity, while the throughly usable picture quality is an added bonus. Contrast — rated at mav, I’ve used many projectors and have never installed any software that came with them.
Ask a question Reset. So its chances of working without a Mac driver are dim pun intended. If I was the OP I would try the projector and set up system preferences to use the projector as an external display. However, steer away from fine or small text — the C performs best with big, bold fonts.
You will need a reasonably dingy environment and a room that’s flexible enough for a straight-on image because zero adjustments are possible, but used wisely the C will have instant appeal to anyone obsessed with traveling light… as long as they don’t own a MacBook.
Add a little colour and the C does well, with graphs aver graphics rendered with just enough lustre to impress. It’s with its bulb that the C shows its true colours.
